Two dragons is like my second home. My boys have been going for about 2 years. I started about a year ago and was really nervous I would be rubbish. Over the last year I have grown in confidence and my fitness has improved greatly. I have met loads of new people who have become like family. The instructors are patient and immense talent. I m so glad I started kickboxing.

I’ve been training here since 2012 and loved it from the minute I walked through the door. Two Dragons has helped me so much with my confidence and self esteem over the years which has impacted my school and career life in such a positive way 🙂 I am now a black belt and world champion all thanks to the amazing staff and team at Two Dragons. I have also made friends for life here☺️

A well run family business with a family feel for the students also. My daughters have both been coming since March and the difference in their confidence has been huge. Lance and the trainers are amazing with the kids and I can’t recommend them enough!

Great team… Professional and friendly. I looked around for a few clubs to start my young son… And to be honest I’m really glad we picked Two Dragons the entire team are great and so helpful…. They can see potential in people and areas that need some work and nothing is too much for them. I’d highly recommend them to all ages looking at learning something new.

Legendary Club run by legends

Amazing kickboxing club I trained at Two Dragons for four years while I was at Swansea Uni. The coaches are amazing and have created an inclusive, fun and friendly environment. While I was here, I learnt a lot about pushing my physical and mental limits, confidence and humility. One of the best decisions in my life was training at Two Dragons!

Excellent kickboxing club with outstanding instructors, my children and myself train here. My daughter has trained there for over 4 years in which time she has competed in many comps including the World games. She holds 2 x Welsh ,2 x World Championships since training at Two Dragons Martial Arts

I had never done anything like kickboxing, joined the ladies class just over 1.5 years ago and never looked back. There is a great community and Sensei Lance and the team make everyone feel welcome. There’s people of all backgrounds. LGBT friendly. Great laugh. Feeling fit as ever.

The best! I can’t say enough good things about two dragons! Fantastic and friendly staff and members, there is always a good vibe at the gym. My son has been coming for just over a year and the difference in a year is huge! So adaptable with injuries and they all care so much about the kids and rest of the members.

Amazing Academy! My son has been going for just over 6 weeks, lance and the team are amazing with the kids. My sons behaviour has improved so much since joining and he absolutely loves it! Everyone is so helpful and kind! Thanks so much

Fantastic instructors make the apparently difficult poses, strikes & kicks available to everyone at their own level. Never thought I would be a Green sash, now working toward Blue after just 2 years. 2 children’s classes split by age, ladies only, mixed adults, students groups. Classes available virtually every day. Snacks & drinks available. Successful fight team recently competed at Irish Open (March 2020) & won 2 golds, silver & bronze medals. Friendly group, well-run club based near the Liberty Stadium

Fantastic fun. Made loads of friends. Everyone looks out for everyone. There’s a competitive spirit but in the sense we all want everyone to improve so you get good tips all the time

Two Dragons Martial Arts Academy has been the most beneficial experience thus far in my life. I’ve been attending classes for about 7 years, and the skills that I’ve developed range far and wide. My self-esteem and social skills have become instilled, along with self-discipline, good etiquette, and a positive outlook. The staff team are outstanding and are nothing short of perfect teachers who can be friends nonetheless. Sensei Lance does a consistently excelling job at running the club and making sure that everyone’s needs are taken care of, and that we can all work at our best. 11/10 from me.
